On April 19, after more than ten hours of intense construction, the control project of the Shacheng Bay Cross-sea Highway in Ningde, the north main tower of the Shacheng Bay Bridge, was successfully capped, marking another major milestone for the Shacheng Bay Bridge. The construction node was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the next step to carry out the installation of the main bridge cable-stayed cables and steel box girders.
4月19日,經(jīng)過十幾個(gè)小時(shí)的緊張施工,寧德沙埕灣跨海公路通道控制性工程——沙埕灣跨海大橋北主塔順利封頂,標(biāo)志著沙埕灣跨海大橋又一重大施工節(jié)點(diǎn)順利完成,為下一步開展主橋斜拉索、鋼箱梁安裝打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
The main tower of the Shachengwan Sea-crossing Bridge adopts a vase-shaped bridge tower with a hollow box-shaped section. The main construction includes pile foundation, cap, tower base, tower column, beam, tower crown, decorative block, steel anchor beam, etc. The height of the two main towers of the bridge is close to 200 meters, which is equivalent to the height of a 68-story building. Among them, the south main tower is 192.2 meters high and has been capped on April 11; the north main tower is 189.4 meters high and adopts hydraulic climbing formwork technology to save Section concrete pouring construction.
沙埕灣跨海大橋主塔采用花瓶形橋塔,斷面為空心箱型,主要施工包括樁基基礎(chǔ)、承臺(tái)、塔座、塔柱、橫梁、塔冠、裝飾塊、鋼錨梁等。大橋兩個(gè)主塔高度均接近200米,相當(dāng)于68層樓的高度,其中,南主塔高192.2米,已于4月11日封頂;北主塔高189.4米,采用液壓爬模工藝進(jìn)行節(jié)段混凝土澆筑施工。
