The second phase improvement project of Haixiang Avenue is invested and constructed by Xiamen Baicheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. It starts from Haicang Fulian Road (Zhangzhou border) and ends at Xiangan Xiangshan (Quanzhou border), the route is about 46.1 kilometers long, and the main line design speed is 80km per hour /h, mainly through measures such as widening the road subgrade, adding auxiliary roads and sidewalks, laying municipal pipelines, improving pedestrian crossings and traffic facilities along the line, and handling major intersections to fly over and improve it into an urban expressway. The second-phase improvement project of Haixiang Avenue (Qiongtou-Xiangshan section) has a total length of 6.671 kilometers and a road width of 54 meters. It will be renovated according to the urban expressway standard, and new overpass bridges, Haicao bridges and auxiliary roads will be built along the line.海翔大道二期完善工程由廈門百城建設(shè)投資有限公司投資建設(shè)，起于海滄孚蓮路（漳州邊界），終于翔安香山（泉州邊界），路線長(zhǎng)約46.1公里，主線設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速為80km/h，主要通過拓寬道路路基、增設(shè)輔道和人行道、敷設(shè)市政管線、完善人行過街通道及沿線交通設(shè)施，并對(duì)主要交叉口進(jìn)行立交處理等措施，將其提升完善為城市快速路。海翔大道二期完善工程（瓊頭-香山段）全長(zhǎng)6.671公里，路幅寬度54米，按照城市快速路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行改造，沿線新建跨線橋、海漕橋及輔道。
